Construction Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Lawyer to join our team at the OSCO Construction Group. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our various lines of business and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Review, edit, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements;
- Assist in contractual review of construction contracts;
- Participate in contractual negotiations;
- Manage litigation files;
- Review and edit credit applications;
- Conduct case law and legislation research as required;
- Manage contractual deadlines and notice requirements;
- Coordinate with outside counsel through the General Counsel;
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment;
- Ability to manage high volume of workload;
- Negotiate with customers and vendors;
- LLB or J.D. and/or Accreditation from Federation of Law Societies (if applicable);
- 1-5 years of experience in any area of Law;
- All licensing fees and CPD requirements will be paid by OSCO;
- Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience will be considered ideal;
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year;
