About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. As a key member of our multidisciplinary project team, you will be responsible for working closely with architects, engineers, and other technologists to deliver high-quality projects from concept design to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project meetings and work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to develop projects.
  • Prepare tenders, construction drawings, and various documents and reports for industrial and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and technologists to develop and communicate ideas using a design process and collaboration model.
  • Assist with project execution during all project phases, including coordinating with other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Complete technical, multidisciplinary, and peer reviews.
  • Lead the architectural technologist group and mentor junior staff.
  • Travel between J.L. Richards & Associates Limited offices and project sites across Ontario and Canada, as required.
