China-Mart Wholesale Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
- Language: English.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
