About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Capital Convenience And Halal Meats. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and provide assistance with purchases, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring that products are visually appealing and easily accessible.
  • Sales and Inventory: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
