Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our field team as a Junk Removal Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, safely operating our trucks, and ensuring the efficient removal of junk from residential and commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Safely operate our trucks, adhering to all relevant safety protocols
  • Effectively remove junk from residential and commercial locations, adhering to all environmental and safety guidelines
  • Participate in marketing efforts, promoting our brand and services to customers and the community
  • Provide estimates and educate customers on our junk removal process, highlighting our commitment to responsible waste disposal and recycling

Requirements:

  • 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Available to work one day over the weekends
  • Valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude
  • Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in delivery, truck operation, construction, moving, demolition, general labor, or warehouse work
  • Service industry experience in grocery stores, retail, restaurants, or hotels
