Your Opportunity

Our Assurance and Accounting team is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for efficiently utilizing technical knowledge from courses to carry out work projects and assignments. You will also prepare and complete working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements per regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements per regulatory standards
  • Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
  • Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis

Your Experience and Education

  • You have completed your undergraduate degree or diploma and the necessary CPA pre-requisites
  • You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
  • You have proven leadership skills and can take initiative to seek understanding
  • You display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
