We are looking for an Investment Fund Specialist to join our operations team. The role will primarily be to assist the firm in managing investment funds, as well as participate in the fund valuation process.

The Investment Fund Specialist will be assigned responsibilities including:

- Developing tools for monitoring, managing, analyzing and rebalancing fund portfolios

- Participating in and managing the funds' valuation process

- Conducting research and due diligence on various types of investments

- Executing periodic tasks related to fund operations

- Assisting with fund onboarding tasks

- Responding to investment advisors and service provider inquiries

Required Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in finance or related fields (CFA is a plus)

- Comfortable working within a small team environment

- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken)

- Ability to accurately execute processes

- Strong problem-solving skills

- High level of proficiency with Excel (VBA is a plus)

- Good knowledge and understanding of capital markets, trading and investment operations

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

- Ideally 2-4 years of experience in the financial industry (experience in portfolio management or asset valuation is a plus)
