Job Summary

Skyservice is a leading provider of business aviation services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating major inspections on aircraft, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate major inspections on aircraft, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner
  • Participate in meetings related to assigned major inspections and provide oversight of the full inspection work package
  • Review inspection work packages and coordinate all requirements for materials, parts, tooling, and outside services
  • Identify and track milestones with the Maintenance Manager or Project Manager
  • Participate in problem-solving and finding solutions to ensure efficient maintenance operations
  • Assess identified defects and provide information to rectify
  • Complete relevant technical documentation and support purchasing when applicable
  • Review work packs, billing groups, and invoices for accuracy
  • Responsible for all technical documentation and log releases
Requirements
  • Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance
  • Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs
  • Solid understanding of CAR's and proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities
  • Strong customer service abilities and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as a team player
