Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Skyservice. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating major inspections on aircraft, participating in meetings, and overseeing the inspection work package.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate major inspections on aircraft, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in meetings related to assigned major inspections, providing input and guidance as needed.
  • Manage the inspection work package, ensuring all requirements are met and milestones are tracked.
  • Review and coordinate all requirements related to materials, parts, tooling, and outside services.
  • Identify and track milestones with the Maintenance Manager or Project Manager.
  • Participate in problem-solving and finding solutions to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
  • Assess all identified defects and provide information to rectify.
  • Complete relevant technical documentation and support purchasing as needed.
  • Review work packs, billing groups, and invoices for accuracy.
  • Responsible for all technical documentation and log releases.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License.
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs.
  • Solid understanding of CAR's.
  • Proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player.

Education:


  • Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program or equivalent.
