Senior Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in sales meetings with potential clients to promote our services
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Prepare and maintain project files and documentation
  • Manage change notices and change orders
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Review and process shop drawings
  • Attend site meetings and take minutes
  • Assist with estimating and bidding
  • Review and approve progress draws
  • Prepare and submit progress claims
  • Develop and maintain project forecasts
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of project management experience in construction
  • University or college diploma in a relevant field
  • Experience with integrated project delivery contracts
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with project management software
  • Strong technical, business, and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
