Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Construction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Paper Excellence Canada Holdings Corp. in the Construction department. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure project deliverables meet expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools
