Riverside Brass & Aluminum Foundry Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Metal Products Inspection and Testing Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inspection and testing of metal products, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate as the minimum educational requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports on inspection and testing results
  • Establish work schedules and oversee the activities of workers
  • Train or arrange for training of workers on inspection and testing procedures
  • Oversee the safety of operations and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, including forging machine operators, mechanical assemblers and inspectors, metal products machine operators, and metalworking machine operators
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Basic security clearance and a valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
