Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Discovery Academy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement with our target audience.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic and engagement rates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
