Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This includes creating engaging content, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement content marketing strategies to reach our target audience, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance, including metrics and insights.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
