Competitive Hourly Rate and Guaranteed Hours

CSL Group is seeking a physically fit and dedicated Snow Removal Crew Lead to join our team. As a Snow Removal Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading our snow removal teams in providing exceptional service to our commercial clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service during the snow season.

Requirements:

  • G license and clean abstract (preferable)
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site required
  • The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
  • Must have access to a mobile phone
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Motivation and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner

Compensation:

As a Snow Removal Crew Lead, you will earn a competitive hourly rate of $22-$27 per hour, depending on experience and reliability. We will guarantee 33 hours per week, paid bi-weekly.
