Job Title: Snow Removal Crew Member

Clintar Hamilton / Niagara Region, ON is seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Removal Crew Member to join our team for the winter season.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated individual to operate snow removal equipment, shovel, snowblow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.

Responsibilities
  • Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
  • Shovel, snowblow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
  • Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
  • Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
Qualifications
  • Clean and valid driver's license
  • On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November – April
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Prior snow experience is an asset
