Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at WGP-210 Holdings Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake mixed dough and batters for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, muffins, cookies, and cakes.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet established quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, including stocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
Requirements
  • English language proficiency is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in a bakery or related field is an asset.
