Job Summary:
Specialty Bakery is the largest independent bakery in the Okanagan, offering a large diverse range of products to both Retail and Wholesale clients.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our customers enjoy the freshest and most delectable treats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods.
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to achieve consistent results
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest level of quality and sanitation
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate baking schedules and production needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling special orders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation setting is required
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
