The Role

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Local Public Eatery, you'll be knowledgeable and passionate about your craft, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to guests and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations, with a valid liquor service certification.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
