**Qualifications/Responsibilities**:
- Exceptional knowledge of OpenTable an asset
- Valid ProServe
- Minimum of 2 years of upscale hospitality/customer service experience
- Genuine passion for people, food and wine
- Dynamic, confident, outgoing, and engaging personality with the ability to engage & entertain our guests. Strong ability to anticipate guests needs with genuine care and hospitality
- Strong team mentality
- Clear, warm and concise communicator
- Ability to calmly and efficiently organize reservations, tackling obstacles as they come
- Analytical mind with strength in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Exceptional phone skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Self-starter
- Maintain poise, style and a polished door etiquette
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workplace
- A strong sense of urgency
- A flexible schedule - ability to work lunch, brunch, and/or dinner services
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
