Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum. As a Sales and Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for managing the company's products and programs to selected retailers to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Client Retail Priorities: Ensure timely and effective execution of client retail priorities, including product distribution, display maintenance, and shelf detailing.
- Build and Leverage Strong Store Management Relationships: Foster strong relationships with store management to drive sales growth and improve in-store execution.
- Provide Merchandising Support: Maintain shelf standards, manage POG changes, correct out-of-stock issues, and ensure product freshness.
- Prepare and Submit Required Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Provide Feedback and Insights: Offer actionable feedback and insights to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with store management and other stakeholders.
- Professional Demeanour: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with the public and store personnel.
- Attention to Detail and Organization: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Computer Skills and Reporting: Proficiency in using various reporting tools and computer software, including Excel.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing market conditions and priorities.
- Travel and Physical Demands: Potential for overnight travel and ability to lift up to 15kgs and stand for extended periods.
