Merchandising Consultant Role

At Merchandising Consultants Associates, we're seeking a skilled Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize relationship-selling techniques to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance value during store visits and secure secondary display space.
  • Monitor stock levels consistently to ensure inventory aligns with customer demand and expectations.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive daily reports that include photo documentation to track progress.
  • Fulfill additional merchandising and sales duties to support overall team objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a strong understanding of effective sales techniques.
  • An ambitious and results-driven individual who thrives in competitive environments.
  • Passionate about sales, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently.
  • Possesses excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strongly presents a confident and persistent personality that drives success.
  • Has access to a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
