Job Title: Restaurant Cashier
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cashier to join our team at La Mesita Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a 40-hour workweek.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Personal Suitability:
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
