About the Job:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DENA GENERAL STORE. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Job Description:
This is a full-time opportunity where you will work as a cashier, operating cash registers, processing payments, scanning items, and handling daily transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining store appearance by cleaning shelves, restocking merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in basic math, able to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving and counter areas
- Restock merchandise and perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays as required
