Compensation PackageThis position offers an attractive salary range of $36,160 to $38,720 (Pay Band 16), reflecting the challenging yet rewarding nature of this role. As a member of our team, you will receive competitive compensation for your hard work and dedication.
Job DescriptionPromote health and healing by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal care for clients/patients/residents at all stages of their healthcare journey. Your role will involve:
- Providing education and support to clients/patients/residents to achieve their optimal level of care;
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans;
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes;
As a licensed practical nurse, you will be required to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is essential for success in this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you will need:
- A Practical Nursing diploma from a recognized institution;
- Licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan;
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills;
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
In addition to these qualifications, you must also possess a valid driver's license, where required, and be registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS).
