Math and Science Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time math and science teacher/tutor at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students succeed in math and science.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach math and science to high school students in a part-time capacity
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mathematics, science, education)
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 math and science curriculum
  • Experience teaching/tutoring math and science at a high school level
