POM Plumbing Inc is seeking a skilled Water Softener Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for water softener systems.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate invoices and work orders.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Supervise and lead other workers, fostering a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a stable and secure work environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, applying technical knowledge to complete installations.
  • Work a permanent schedule, with 30-40 hours per week, and communicate effectively in English.
