About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Softener Installer to join our team at POM Plumbing Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all water softening systems are installed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, professionalism, and respect when interacting with clients.
  • Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for each project.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and prepare invoices and work orders in a timely manner.
  • Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, prepare work materials and supplies, load and unload trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Leadership: Supervise other workers and ensure that tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Safety: Utilize hand and power tools safely, erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as needed.
  • Communication: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications accurately.
