About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team at Airbus Canada Limited Partnership. As a key member of our Configuration Management Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing swaps and business support for the A220 commercial aircraft program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure engineering contribution to A220 swaps management
  • Contribute to the improvement of the swaps process and tool
  • Prepare the transfer of swaps operations to the program
  • Lead the project to establish a business support center
  • Organize problem-solving tasks from problem statements to solution implementation plans
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of the implementation plan until full control of the solution is achieved
  • Consolidate cases and solutions into a lessons learned database that will serve as a knowledge library for future reference
Requirements
  • You are an engineer or technologist
  • You have strong communication skills, both oral and written (English)
  • You have five years of experience in configuration management
  • You have excellent problem-solving and project management skills and experience
  • You have a team spirit and customer-oriented
  • You have a positive and creative mindset
