Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Automation Controls Engineer to join our team at Forge Consulting Group. This role is critical in supporting the controls team with the design, programming, and implementation of advanced automation systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and program automation and controls systems, incorporating PLC, HMI, robotic, and SCADA technologies.
  2. Programming: Develop and implement PLC code and HMI programs using Allen Bradley Studio5000, FactoryTalk View, Siemens TIA Portal, and other relevant software.
  3. Project Management: Manage design projects to ensure high-quality outcomes, reliability, and timely delivery.
  4. Documentation: Produce detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including design specifications and test results.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (preferred).
