RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as education, health administration, or a clinical health profession.
- At least five years of recent, related experience in a complex healthcare environment, including progressive professional practice, education, project management, and leadership experience.
- Current practicing registration with the relevant regulatory college or association in British Columbia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related technology, including MS Office and other relevant software.
