- Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of telephone systems, computerized testing systems, and related technologies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines, and possess manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership, client focus, and team player.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
