- Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults and test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Education and Experience: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems, electronics and technical software, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
