Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Repair Specialist to join our team at Techise. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electronic equipment and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults and test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems, electronics and technical software, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
