We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Skyway Brands YVR Inc. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Supervise Staff: Oversee and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
