Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays, and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
