Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $32.14 - $39.35 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your value to our organization. Job DescriptionAs a Compassionate Pediatric Care Specialist with Bayshore HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one family-centered care to pediatric patients with complex care needs in their homes and schools, using your clinical skills to ensure they receive the highest quality care possible.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Your expertise and compassion will empower families to take an active role in their child's care, fostering a sense of control and confidence.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess an active license with BCCNM (British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals) and have experience working with pediatric populations. While previous experience is preferred, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage those with transferable skills to apply.
