About The Role:

Graham is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support future projects within our Water/Infrastructure division. Our Project Coordinators report directly to a Project Manager and assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control functions on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, reviewing accruals with the Project Manager regularly.
  • Update project schedules as needed.
  • Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions, and change orders.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation, record testing and inspections, and provide written clarification for all instructions.
  • Ensure technical aspects of work conform to applicable codes and standards.
  • Assist in payroll functions to ensure proper coding and cost allocation.
  • Prepare progress invoicing and status reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Familiarity with Construction Management or related field through formal education.
  • At least 5 years of construction experience.
  • Background working at a General Contractor, including civil project management knowledge.
  • Superior communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including MS Project.
  • Experience with InEight is considered an asset.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 based on industry standards and location.
