We are seeking a passionate and well-versed professional with a strong track record in business analysis, experience with project management, and a deep understanding of IT solutions, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients, including business process transformation and requirements analysis for large and small projects.
- Coordinate and conduct the analysis of business requirements to design and develop applications that meet stated business requirements, including the impact of projects across the portfolio.
- Provide leadership in supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems solutions.
- Provide systems consulting expertise to clients and advise on the use of information technology to meet program business goals and objectives.
- Design system specifications by preparing requirements for proper system testing, implementation, and operations.
- Coordinate technical implementation procedures and conduct program and module tests.
Requirements
- Knowledge of IT project and development methodologies, and industry-standard IT development tools, techniques, and methodologies, i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, DevOps, etc.
- Possess domain knowledge or familiarity with tools such as C#,.NET and.NET Core Framework, ASP.Net, and MS SQL.
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in leading application development.
- Previous experience liaising with project, architecture/design and development staff and providing subject matter expertise in all aspects of software design and development.
- Experience in research, analytical, interpretive reasoning, and problem-solving skills to assess, identify and coordinate/manage problems and incidents.
- Experience recommending solutions, ensuring compatibility and consistency of systems, business, privacy, and security processes.
- Experience with evaluative skills to assess client requirements.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to complete complex analysis for integration projects.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative skills.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Facilitation, mediation, consensus-building, influencing and persuasion skills to gain support.
- Experience preparing documents including in-depth reports, briefing materials, project documentation, and correspondence.
- Demonstrated knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in facilitating and reviewing client business requirements and building solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used business software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Teams) used in an IT work environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes to develop, lead and implement projects.
- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership, coaching/mentoring, guidance, and technical expertise to other members of the team.
- Proven experience in leading IT system responses to business requirements and facilitating communications with stakeholders.
- Understanding of business needs and matching technology solutions to business requirements.
