Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - IVOR ENTERPRISE INC.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at IVOR ENTERPRISE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
