Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at West Perth Village, a long-term care facility in Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the nursing staff and reporting to the Registered Nurse on duty.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily nursing care to residents, including assessment, implementation of treatment, and accurate charting documentation.
- Work closely with the nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Report to the Registered Nurse on duty and participate in team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns.
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current CPR Heart Saver Certificate.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations in a long-term care setting is an asset.
