Welding Artisan

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Welding Artisan to join our team at SAM SIGNS INC. as a Welder Apprentice.

About the Role: As a Welding Artisan, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and maintaining and repairing welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  
• Maintain and repair welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to move heavy loads, and physically demanding tasks such as handling heavy loads.
  
• Ensure a safe working environment by wearing safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and steel-toed safety boots.
  

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

• 
  
• Work 35 hours per week in a physically demanding environment.
  
• Handle heavy loads and work in a team environment.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  
• Experience: Will train.
