About the Role

Kelly Services is seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Communications Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support business initiatives and projects
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Design and deliver communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
  • Analyze and report on change management data to inform business decisions
  • Manage change management workplans, calendars, and collaboration tools
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and change adoption
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of broad business experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management
  • Extensive experience working in an environment where human factors play important roles in adopting change
  • In-depth knowledge of current change management methodologies, principles, practices, processes, tools, and templates
