Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Purdys Chocolatier in St. Vital Centre. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the company's policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and inventory management
- Work closely with the Shop Management to ensure all functions are performed efficiently and to company standards
- Engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment
- Passion for chocolate and leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
- Self-motivated and driven for results, enthusiastic about selling a quality product
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
- Energetic and enjoy meeting new people
