Job Description

As an Executive Underwriter at Northbridge Financial Corporation, you will play a critical role in customizing insurance solutions for our commercial clients. You will work closely with our broker network to develop unique solutions, underwrite complex portfolios, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to coach, mentor, and develop junior underwriters, while also building your expertise in risk assessment and management. With over 10 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Underwriting, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service levels and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Underwriting
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
