Graphic Designer and Illustrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our team at Mirloo Music Ltd. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for bringing our visual concepts to life through stunning illustrations and designs.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Adapt existing illustrations to meet the evolving needs of our clients and projects.
- Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring they meet their communications objectives.
- Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, showcasing your expertise in various mediums.
- Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
- Work in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.
- Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, aligning with their brand identity.
- Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication, leveraging your expertise in various formats.
- Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, incorporating your creative vision and technical skills.
- Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
- Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, refining your ideas and presenting them to clients.
- Use existing photo and illustration banks, typography guides, and other resources to enhance your work and streamline the design process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- iOS and Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Experience with MS Office and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of usability principles and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
