About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our team at Mirloo Music. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for bringing our visual concepts to life through stunning illustrations and designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Adapt existing illustrations to meet the evolving needs of our brand and clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop storyboards for multimedia, interactive, and digital productions, including television advertising and productions.
  • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring they meet their communications needs.
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, showcasing your expertise in various mediums.
  • Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations, pushing the boundaries of visual creativity.
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinate sub-contracting with external vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, aligning with their objectives.
  • Determine the most suitable medium and vehicle for communication, ensuring the desired visual effect is achieved.
  • Develop graphic elements that meet client objectives, incorporating your expertise in visual storytelling.
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, refining your designs to meet client expectations.
  • Utilize existing photo and illustration banks, typography guides, and other resources to enhance your work.
  • Develop copywriting skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct usability testing to ensure our designs meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Process files and paperwork efficiently, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
