We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dessert shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for our dessert shop

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
