Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating large-scale, cloud-based infrastructure using modern open-source software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using cloud providers such as AWS.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to ensure repeatability and reduce toil.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding solutions to improve visibility into application performance and business metrics.
- Develop and maintain documentation and support tooling for online support teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with Cloud Computing (AWS preferred), Linux server support, Server Administration, Systems Administration.
- 1+ years of experience supporting high-availability production-grade infrastructure and applications with defined SLIs and SLOs.
- Systems Administration experience, including a strong understanding of Linux / Unix.
- Network experience, including an understanding of standard protocols/components.
- Experience writing code in Python, Golang, or Java.
- Automation and orchestration experience including Terraform, Helm, Chef, Puppet, Packer is a plus.
- Experience with Virtualization, Containerization, Kubernetes, or Docker is a plus.
