About the Position

We are seeking an experienced healthcare therapist to join our team as a clinical lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic interventions and developing effective care plans. As a clinical lead, you will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care possible.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement effective care plans that address the complex needs of patients.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to junior staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a related acute care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Current full registration with the BC College of Social Workers.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality care and promoting positive patient outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
