We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to lead our Commercial Operations team and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join Dehavilland and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Commercial Operations team to achieve targeted results, focusing on deal flow, sales capture rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, including Sales Directors, Finance, and Legal.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze gaps in commercial operations processes and develop strategies to improve them.
- Own the sales pre-contract process, ensuring timely responses, consistency of deliverables, and development of high-quality bids and proposals.
- Collate and review inputs from supporting functional teams to ensure proposal meets customer/RFP requirements.
- Promote the organized operation of aircraft delivery coordination and ensure customers receive the highest quality of service.
- Support organization-wide growth efforts as assigned by DHC Executive team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in aerospace or a similar industry with experience in Sales or Commercial Operations roles.
- University degree with a focus on financial modeling or data analysis (e.g., MBA, BCom., BA/BSc.).
- Experience generating complex bids and RFPs for government procurement is considered an asset.
